Okay my nighttime workout

Didn’t want to do one the included as ton of jumping (everyone is asleep) But anyways here is what I did:

2:00 wall sit

5 push ups

50 crunches

25 leg lifts

50 bicycle crunches

25 squats

15 sumo squats

50 calve raisers

100/100 arm circles

15 push ups

50 jumping jacks

1:45 normal plank (tried to make two minutes, but I literally collapsed)

Tomorrow I shall do way more exercise c:

But first, more water, face washing, and sleep.
